Wheelie Wednesday Tea Pawty

Hi again, everybody! It's me, Autumn! I wanted to introduce you to some of my friends. This is Johnathan. He's been around here longer than I have and when I first arrived, he was kind enough to show me around and make me feel comfortable. Johnathan is big guy! I had to stand on a footstool to have any kind of a conversation with him!

Mom says that I look like Minnie Pearl because you can see the tag sticking out from under my hat! Mom most probably is dating herself because I'm sure that a lot of you have no clue who Minnie Pearl is!!

While Johnathan and I were chatting, Kip arrived to show us her new hat! She couldn't wait for us to see it! Being the true gentleman that he is, Johnathan gave up his seat for this beautiful Aire-girl!

We chatted for awhile until both Johnathan and Kip had to leave but as luck would have it, two more friends showed up and we decided to have tea and biscuits. Meet Winnie on my left and Hazel on my right. Winnie is Johnathan's younger sister and she's a lively one! Boy, can that girl ever get herself into trouble! Hazel used to work for UPS - can you even imagine! Maggie goes NUTS when she hears that nasty brown truck coming down the street. Mom tries to rationalize things with her and tells her that the UPS man is your friend- he brings you pressies - but Maggie doesn't want to hear any of this crap! She just wants to kill the UPS man! It took Maggie and Hazel a lot of time to work out their problems when Hazel first arrived!

Now they're best of friends and so much so that we've invited Maggie to have tea with us! Maggie is commenting on how tasty the biscuits are! She's really not sticking her tongue out at Hazel! hehehehe

We're so glad that we invited Maggie to join us! She really enjoyed herself and she had a lot of really neat stories to tell!

I hope you all enjoyed meeting some of my friends!

See you next Wednesday!

Autumn

  3. Hi Autumn! That was really nice of you to invite Maggie to tea. Our mom knows who Minnie Pearl was! And...believe me...she's pretty dated! We don't like that UPS guy either! When that big brown truck shows up, we bark our fool heads off. Well, SOMEDOG has to let our pawrents know that he's here!

  7. hi Autumn, we like your friends & we like minnie pearl too. it's a compliment, we think, to look like her - hee hee. we like to see stuffy friends getting a long with the live dogs. it's much better that way than the meeting that Burt had with Brody. i wonder if we will ever have a tea party with our mom's stuffy friends. **sigh** probably not. that's cool that you have a retired UPS driver. stuffies come from all walks of life.

    woofs!

  20. Our Mom was feeling sad and confused because she never had a wheelie come visit and couldn't figure out where they were all coming from. Now she understands a little better and thinks it's pawsome that Wheelie Wednesday has become a tradition for everyone to get together and discuss wheelie things!!

  54. I have to admit that I'm intrigued by the wheels, I wouldn't mind having some myself, as it gets very tiring walking around the house and yard, it would be much easier and faster to race after the human woman to claw her too.
