B-O-R-I-N-G

BORING! That's how the last two days have been for us! Dad is away and mom has been washing every single window in the house and it's been no fun for us! The weather has been poopy and we've been dodging raindrops and drizzle for walkies!

One good thing did happen yesterday though! Mom made a loaf of her famous sweet bread in the bread machine! We love when she dumps the bread out of the pan to cool! No way will we leave the kitchen until she shares a piece of that warm crust with us!

No licky licky on mom's bread, Mitchy or you'll be in BIG trouble!

Dad comes home today and guess what's for dindin? PIZZA! So our day will get better very soon! We hope everybody else is having a fun weekend!

So until next time..............

Love ya lots,

Maggie and Mitch

Mum still hasn't let me have Pizza so I'm going to nudge her in the direction of your post and show her that you are allowed it.. maybe that will convince her!

I hope you haven't been missing your Daddy too much, It's awful when they have to leave us isn't it??

How long did it take you to nose-smudge the clean windows?? I think my record is about 2.5 seconds hehehe

Enjoy your Pizza and your Daddy's homecoming,

    love and smooooches,

  7. WOW does that bread ever look good. mmmmwe can smell here in Michigan. Thanks for solving our mystery plant. Mom looked it up on the putter. It is poisonous but not to birds. They can eat the berries. Mom is glad she dig it up. It looked like nothing to mess with.

Hope you had a great weekend! Sorry for taking so long to visit your blog...my Mom has been running around after her trip.

Anyways, the bread looked SUPER yummy! Hope you had a chance to taste them! And I love the picture made from butterfly wings in your previous post! It's GORGEOUS the way the blues and purples match, and change color with the lights...=)

  24. We hope you two had a great dindin last night! You are doing a great job of guarding the bread! We are not having a good morning, so far...Patches gets spayed, today, so our mom won't let ANY of us eat! Penny and I are protesting! It's killing us...especially Penny the food hound! Have a great week!

  25. Oh wow you guys get bread from the machine too. B is always making bread for the B&B guests. He isn't adventurous though, its just half white half wholemeal. The smell is great though isn't it.

  26. Did your mum leave you 2 there to guard the bread while she clean the windows? You 2 are really well behave for not pulling the bread down from the table to munch on it.

  27. Oooh! Clean windows = optimal squirrel sighting. How can you stand only an inch from that bread and not feast on it? I can almost smell it though the computer!

  28. Ahhh. Clean windows...

That is something that doesn't last very long here in GooberStan! Mine & Stella's nose art is all over every window we can reach. My girl uses a special solution with vinegar to cut through all the goober juice that cakes on there.

I sure hope you guys did get your crust of bread (that sounds like you're little homeless pups, doesn't it?). It looks FABulous!

    Goober love & smooches,
    Stanley
