Mitch's Secret- shhhhhhhhhhh

Mom put up the family room Christmas tree!!!
We have 2 apple ornaments on it and mom can't get them to stay on the tree because of YOU KNOW WHO!She puts the apple on the tree and Mitch helps himself to it and takes it off! Mitch doesn't seem to realize that it's a fake! It's not even real! It doesn't even smell like a real apple! He doesn't care! He wants it anyway!
All of a sudden I glanced over at the Christmas tree and I noticed Mitch doing the strangest thing to the apple ornament and then I knew his well-kept secret to his rapid beard growth!

It's not apple butter after all! The secret is to polish your beard on an apple and it doesn't even have to be a real apple - it can be fake! How much easier can it get?!
So there you have it! The secret that all of us have been waiting to hear! So now on January 1st, when Stanley wants us all to measure our beards for his annual competition, all of our beards will be extremely long and we'll all be winners!
Thanks, Mitch! We all owe you, buddy!

So until next time................

Love ya lots,

Maggie and Mitch

A fake apple huh. I must got out on an adventure and get one. Would a real one work Mitch? Ahh maybe not I would eat it to fast. Not to mention Maggie.....my beard had to be trimmed waaay down cuz my grandma up here in MI hates it when I greet her after I get a drink. What is up with that? Mommy Apache said to give her a towel and say "deal with, I am a dale" but mommy said "no we have to be nice to the grandma." Hooomans....

  23. Wow, I never would have guessed the growth is from polishing!! Mom and Dad are talking about where to put the tree up this year. We aren't allowed to put it up until after Thanksgiving (the day after!!), but Mom and I are excited about decorating the new house this year. Mostly because we don't have to worry about overloading the wiring and starting a fire anymore!

  29. Of COURSE we don't have any apples in our house. Do you think it will work the same if I rub my chin on some limes???

  30. Woof! Mitch is really crazy for apples. Be it real or fake. I see that he has became a beard growing expert too.

Although I dun grow my beard but I think the growth of the beard is the same as growing of the fur and my fur grow really fast and jie jie says that it could be because I go swimming all the time so perhaps you can pick up swimming as a hobby too. You already have a very good trainer,Putter, staying near you. I am sure she won't mind giving you some lessons on that.

  31. You have a Christmas tree! I haven't had one of those in years because---well let's just say that Cooper never understood the principle of having a tree in the house.

    That's funny about the apple.
