True Colors Thursday - Green

One of our favorite days of the week rolls around again! We just love to participate in Blue's true colors meme! If you would like to play, just leave Blue a comment on her blog and you're in!
Today's color is green!

Mitch gathered together lots of his green toys~One of mom's favorite books is The Secret Garden! We have the video too and it's one of our very favorites! Our bottle of Slippery Elm has green on it! When we have um - loose poop - mom gives us one of these capsules 20 minutes before our meal and it usually fixes us up. If not, we get another one and that one usually does the trick!Autumn found Papa Bunny! Our gram made Papa Bunny in ceramics class YEARS ago and now mom has him! His vest is green! Dad's dad (who we never met and mom never met either because he passed way too young) made the kleenex box and nanny painted 'sneezebox" on it! We've had that for years too!
Everything in our house is old including our hoomans!
Mitch wanted a taste of mom's M&M chapstick! This is the green minty flavored one!

Next week's color is beige! That color should be a real challenge!

So until next time..................

Love ya lots,

Maggie and Mitch

I LOVED The Secret Garden. Whenever I work in the garden I hope a blackbird will come and sit on the handle of my shovel. But it never happens like it did in that story.

Wow.. look at all of Mitch's green toys! Ok you need to tell us where we can get a M&M flavoured chapstick... We have never heard of them before and our mom is so totally determined to get her paws, I mean hands, on one!

We have old hoomans here too. Maybe we should all put our kibbles money together to get our hoomans tuned up.

Slippery Elm is an odd name for something that makes your poops firm. Go figure.

Hi M & M-

Green.. not such an easy color to find in your house. Curious about the green Slippery Elm? That helps huh? Maybe i'll give it a try. Does any have a green thumb over there? or green paw?

But plz tell Mitch you put minty chapstick on your lips.. you don't eat it :)

Ohhh no, we forgot True Colors today! I just finished posting about my Kentucky trip. Maybe next time...
So Slippery Elm does it for, uh, loose-ness? Josie could use some of that, she's not feeling well after the trip. Mom might have to cruise out to the vet for something to help her before we all get it too!

Hey, Maggsie & Mitch!

I forgot to mention on my last comment how much I love your Gotcha Day painting, Mitch! I will never forget your gotcha day again, since it's the day after mine!

Did your mama really let you lick that chapstick? I bet it was good. Sometimes I get to taste lipstick & stuff, but usually it's from my girl's lips.

You've got some great green things around the house. How you liking that tug toy?

Goober love & smooches,
Stanley
