Dad Was Here

Guess what? Dad called us and told us that he was coming home for his birthday because he missed us! awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww
He opened our pressie and LOVED it and stoopid mom wasn't prepared with the camera! GEEZ, mom!
We told dad that we wanted to take him to Glenwood for his special day and he asked for a rain check. He said he was just so happy to be home with us so mom went down to LaMonico's and guess what she brought home?
Are you going to share some of your birthday pizza with us, dad?
Pretty please, dad! Mom made lentil soup while you've been away and who the heck wants soup? We're starving for a decent meal around here!
What a great idea to have pizza for your birthday, dad!
Now remember - we still owe you a hamburger at Glenwood and ice cream at Wentworth's!
This is a promise! In the meantime, we'll just clean up all the crumbs!
So until next time.............

Love ya lots,

Maggie and Mitch

  28. Birthdays are meant to be shared. So is pizza. Sounds like a win-win situation to us, so long as you got more than crumbs. We mean, really. Would you share just the crumbs at the bottom of your kibble bowl?

    Hope you're still celebrating!

  46. Hey M&M,
Boy, you're dad sure loves you a lot to pass up a burger and ice cream to have stay at home pizza with you. That is TRUE LOVE. Tell mom that we would have appreciated a re-enactment of the present openeing just for photo puposes. Your dad could have acted ga-ga a second time for the camera; we'd have never know the difference. We often are allowed to eat some crest when ther is pizza. Mom and dad don't want us eating the sauce cuz they think they'll be seeing it again; one way or the other (one end or the other).
