True Colors Thursday - Black

Yeaaaaaaaaaaa, it's true colors Thursday again! If you want to play, leave our hostess, Blue, a message and she'll sign you up!
Today's color is black!

One of Mitch's favorite toys, and mom's too, is this indestructible udder tug toy! Mom and Mitch love playing together and I get very jealous and barge in on their fun and tell them both off! Hey, I wanna play too!Dad let me wear one of his Indian motorcycle caps! This is mom's black mammy doll! It used to be nanny's but when she passed away mom inherited her! She lives in our kitchen!
My nose is black!
Our gram made this bunny when she was in ceramics class years ago! She calls the white tooling on him scrafitto!
OOPS! We missed the witch's green face from last week's true colors but she's wearing black so we're safe to use her this week!Anytime we see this black lunchbag come out of hiding we know we're going out to dindin with mom and dad! Their water bottles are in there and so is our purple ice cream spoon!
Hurry up, dad! We're starving! We would like to wish our friend Kodiak a very happy birthday! He is 12 years old today! Kodiak is Falcon's grandpa! They live together with their mom, Faye, in Michigan!
We hope you have the best birthday ever, Kodiak, with a hamburger and some ice cream!
Next week's color is canary yellow!

So until next time................

Love ya lots,

Maggie and Mitch

Hi Maggie and Mitch,
Great blacks!!! You always do such a good job on colors day! It helps to have something to post about, yes? I would play but miss computer is so finicky, half the time she is just not in to posting and blog surfing!!!! Darn!
I would get around faster if I had high speed and a new computer.

Oh that Kodiak is one handsome Dale gentleman, Maggie!! We hope he has a fabbers barkday!!!

Your header pic shows how much Mitch loves you...for some reason, my brothers never look at me like that...dunno why....

Great pix for "black"...I put a fresh coat of nosecara on in your honor...

As for the tutus...well, they certainly weren't OUT ideas...but it was a small price to pay to see Mango and Peewee suffering...er I mean enjoying them too...

Can we come and live at your house?

Kisses...Lacie

Pee ess...we have a couple of really LOUD birds up in one of our trees who have done nuthin' but SHRIEK for the last week...they sing and then they SHRIEK...(Mumsie sez if I were a birdie, I'd be one of them....) Any ideas what kind of bird does this in the fall and WHY?...

We've just had a read of the udder tug toy, sheesh, that sounds crazy, with real bovine smell, ey?!!

Our dad say there was a song caled "black is black." How dumb is that. It would be pretty stupid to think that black is something else, like white or red maybe. Y'all did GReat finding black stuff. We used to have black noses but they kinda turned a liver color. When Blue has "liver' as the color we'll post our noses.
