True Colors Thursday - Silver

It's true colors Thursday once again! If you want to play, stop by Blue's blog and let her know! It's that simple!
Today's color is silver!

Dad's tin man is silver!
Mom's double-point knitting needles are silver!This is mom's Airedale watch! It has a silver Airedale charm on it and a silver heart clasp!This silver ABC knife and fork belonged to our grandpa when he was just a little boy! Grandpa just celebrated his 80th birthday on October 4th!This are silver items on the huntboard in the dining room inside the dollhouse and a silver ice bucket on the floor!Next week's color is pink!

  7. The tin man is so cute, although, Maggie, you don't look very happy to be posing with him! You grandpa's fork and spoon are great! That's so neat!! Mama has a bench that belonged to her great-grandfather. It was her piano stool when she lived at home with grandmama and grandaddy and actually played piano!

    Washing the pane is beautifully made.
    If a lot of cobwebs are put, it is unpleasant for a moment in Japan.
    And, the sightly house has a lot of windows.

    Congratulations on grandfather's birthday though it slowed.
    The tableware of silver is good-looking.
    It is a wonderful age.
    The hair of the dark hair changes into an argent hair in Japan.

  44. So pretty and shiny, your silver. Moma would have bee polishing tarnish off for a week if she'd taken pictures of any of our silver. She's got dozens of spoons that were her Gramma's, and they are more black than they are silver. We think you may have just motivated her to drag out the polish and polishing cloth!

    Lovely post... and we always like peeking inside the dollhouse. Puts Moma into a dreamy mode.
