Goodbye Snickers

This coming Saturday is our 3rd blogoversary. We can't believe that we've been blogging for 3 years already!

In the beginning it was just my blog - before Mitch joined our family and Butchy and Snickers were one of the first doggies that commented on my blog and I was so happy to have friends!

This is one of the first pictures that I remember of Snickers. She's a beautiful Thanksgiving Indian Princess in this picture. You will live on in our hearts forever, Snickers, and you will always, always, always be one of my first friends on DWB! I will never forget you - We will never forget you!

We love you,
Maggie and Mitch

  4. Miss Snickers and Butchy were among my first bloggie friends. I found you guys through them, (actually, we found Maggie-then Mitchie just sorta happened)

We are all gonna miss her - she was so funny, yet so dignified in her own way.

  7. Me, too, guys! Like you, when I first started my blog two and a half years ago Butchy and Snickers were among the first to comment, as were you, Maggie. I also will never forget her, or you. I'll always be grateful to you for your encouragement and support, Maggie, as I struggled with my new blog, trying not to look stupid. You were there for me from the beginning and I want you to know how much I appreciate it. I'm sorry I never got to tell that to Snickers.

Love and Lots of Koobuss Kisses,
    Koobie

  30. I am very sad.
I never knew Snickers, but when I heard of the illness, my heart was touched and I went to give love.
A strange thing happened in that I felt I knew Snickers forever. My heart could not be any sadder if I had known Snickers forever. What a wonderful friend Snickers had been to everyone- I can tell by all the comments. Our hearts are very sad and I can't stop the tears.

  44. Hi M & M. Snickers was one of our very first blogfriends too. We're so distressed about her passing - we all tried so hard to send her a miracle, but it wasn't meant to be. We're going to miss that sweet girl so much.

At least we know that she is taking care of our precious Beauty beyond the bridge.
