The Tour of Barns Day

The timber frame students were here bright and early at 8:30 AM and dad did his usual VERY lengthy talk(can't you talk any faster, dad) and by 1PM after the class had their lunchie, they were off on the tour! We couldn't wait to go out to the barn and see what all they left us!

Thank you, thank you! You made sure we didn't starve to death! Bless you!How we love donuts!
We're not fussy - we like ALL donuts! My turn - my turn!A 3-foot long sandwich that started off being 6 foot! Gosh, were they on diets?
Who cares! More for us!Cookies?
Mom says one kind is chocolate cookie with mint chocolate chips and the others are oatmeal cookies with RAISINS!
Shoot - no cookies for us!

That's okay - there are plenty more donuts, mom!Can you tel that this is one of the happiest days of my entire life?
The tour of barns day is one of the best days of the entire year!We can't wait till next year!

So until next time...............

Love ya lots,
Maggie and Mitch

  12. Mmmmm - that big long sandwich looked very good. And those donuts, we are like you, any one at all will do as long as it isn't the chocolate one. Mom says every good DD donut needs a hot cup of coffee to go with it.

  23. Right now, I (Penny) would give anything for some of those foodables! My mean mom won't feed me (or Patches)! I don't know what's up with that, but I don't like it one bit! We have barked at her and we're giving her the evil eye, but still she won't feed us! Of course, she has to suffer too. She can't eat breakfast until after she drops me off at the v-e-t at 8:30. We hope she's starving like we are!

That was very nice of all those peeps to make sure you had lots of foodables left! Thanks for thinking of me today!

    Aire-hugs,
    Penny

Our Mom would love to hear your Dad speak about the barns and go on the tour - what fun! And we'd stay behind to help the clean-up crew - hehehe!
