Spring Is On The Way

Our Witch Hazel is coming in to bloom!  It's so nice to see it's sunshiny yellow blossoms!  In a few days the Aire will be permeated with it's wonderful aroma!

We had a lot of rain last night it washed away quite a bit of our snow but not all of it!

This is the younger Witch Hazel that's in front of the dad's workshop.   The red blooms are just as pretty as the yellow ones!
Spring is really coming!  yippeeeeeeeeeeee

So until next time................

Love ya lots,
Maggie

  2. Wish we could have a big rainstorm to wash away our snow (but not turn it to ice).... we still have a way to go but the days are longer and very bright and sunny so that is good.

Love your Witch Hazel. glad you enjoyed that young girl's coat over at my blog. I was blown away by it!!!! xo

  5. We've never seen witch hazel here. So interesting what is 'native' in different parts of the country. Glad your snow is finally melting; and we LOVE your header!

  7. We bet you will all be very happy to see ALL the snow gone. Our human sister is there now and she is astounded at the mountains of snow she sees everywhere even though she can see a bit of grass in places.

Those pretty flower buds are great to see.

  11. Can't wait to see your beautiful garden all in flower again. Mom got 70 bulbs planted hoping for some flowers to show off - but something dug them up the next day and ATE nearly all of them !

  22. Hi Mitch and Maggie, I'm so glad that some of your snow has gone and that signs of Spring are popping up. It's sunny and quite cold up here and the rain is a day away. Oh well, hopefully drier days are ahead as well.
