Our Dad is Home

Wednesday afternoon, we got to go to Bradley International AirePort once again and this time it was to pick up our dad!  Too bad that mom didn't bring the camera because I was so happy to see my dad that I was whining and I wouldn't stop.   And dad was just as happy to see me, and Molly too, of course, but especially me.  I'm his bestest buddy!
Dad did not come home empty handed.  He brought goodies for us when he was in Amish country!
He was very tired when he got home but he still managed to let us know that he brought cookies for us - chicken wrapped cookies! yummmm
 And this very cool leash~
Hey, Remington. It's got your name on it!
Mom shared treats.   You're probably wondering why I'm poking my head through a curtain, huh.   On the other side of this curtain is our family room and it's Aire-conditioned and it feels much better than our kitchen and hallway, which only have fans in them.   But there is no way I'm missing out on any treats!
Molly blurred her picture because she was too quick at grabbing her cookie! Watch your fingers, mom!
Thank you so much, dad!  That was very thoughtful of you and the treats are super yummy!  We've decided to hold off on using the leash until Molly has finished teething so she doesn't ruin it in 10 minutes.

We love you dad and we're so glad that you're home where you belong~

Love ya lots,
Mitch and Molly

  3. That is great for you that your dad came home, and with lots of presents! Good idea to keep Molly away from that nice leash. Both of us chewed through leashes when we were pups! Stay cool.

Molly you do make me laugh poking your head through that curtain. You look like a little girl playing dress-up and you're not ready for anyone to see your outfit yet.

  18. Howdy Mitch and Molly, glad your dad is back and he bought you treats too. Yowza. Bet he needs a couple of extra snuggles to make up for lost time. No worries, and love, Stella and Rory P.S. Thanks for your comforting words when our Poppa passed away. They helped mum a lot x
