Christmas Is Coming

It's that time of the year again.  These are ornies for our tree, Molly.  Christmas is such an exciting time of the year.  This will be your very first Christmas and you are going to love it!
We got our first Christmas card on Saturday!  It's from our friends, Terry and Paul. We're beginning to get excited!

In another month, pressies will go underneath the tree, Molly, and then we can start counting the days until we open them!
You are going to LOVE Christmas - you just wait and see!

Does anybody else have their Christmas tree up yet?

So until next time.............

Love ya lots,
Mitch and Molly

  4. Noooooooooo. It's not time yet. Mom was always taught the English tradition ...which follows the 12 days of Christmas....the tree goes up 12 days before Christmas and comes down 12 days after ......she was always told it was bad luck to do other wise.....so it totally freaks her out when the stores have all the Christmas stuff for sale in July. We will stick to our tradition plus it stops us getting "sick" of Christmas before it eventually arrives :)

  20. We have most of our outside lights up, but the big trees still have too many leaves. Mom hopes to get them finished next weekend. As for the tree, we didn't have one last year because of Mom's broken arm. This hear the little bipeds' Dads are going to help set it up for her and then she can work on the decorating. Maybe by the weekend:)

We can't wait to see what Molly thinks of Christmas.

  33. Hi Molly and Mitch, nope - we don't have our tree up yet. In fact, the Christmas tree lots probably won't open for another week or so. We hope that you have a great Thanksgiving.

  34. Nope don't have our tree up yet either. We usually go for the real tree route which means we wait a little closer to actual christmas-time to put it up, but if i had a fake one i would definitely want to put it up now! Your Airedale's are beautiful btw!

  35. Hi, Mitch and Molly -

Not yet because of Thanksgiving. Mama really hates it when the stores push the Christmas sales before Thanksgiving.

Papa has about a week off before Christmas so we may go to New Hampshire - depending on the weather.

    Your tree is beautiful.

    Love -

    Hershey and Kaci
