The Experiment

That's what mom is calling this - the experiment.

She wanted to plant Morning Glories but she didn't know where to plant them because they need room and height to climb.
She took one of her garden chairs and planted Heavenly Blue Morning Glory seeds in a pot and put the pot at the base of the garden chair.  She had visions of the vine growing just on the chair.  How foolish!
She's been waiting and waiting and waiting for them to bloom~

What a BEAUTIFUL color blue!

The only problem is that the morning glory vine is taller than the witch hazel that's supporting it!
She'll have to come up with a better plan for next year!

So until next time.................

Love ya lots♥

  10. Oh I so regret planting morning glories when we first moved here. They have spread everywhere and they kill other plants.. It's a constsnt battle to keep them away from the trees and the hedge. Be very careful with them. Also they are toxic to dogs.

  21. They are beautiful, but I'm sad to say they are a terrible, terrible invader of our Australian bush. Lovely in their own setting, though.

  22. Lee loves Morning Glories, we plant them along the chain link fence where they have no choice but to climb the fence.
