A SuperFun Trip

Guess where we got to go after lunch?
CRUMPIES!
Mom and dad both told us that we had to be on our BESTEST behavior!
Look at all the clocks that he has added since the last time we were here, Molly!

We are so psyched to be here again.   This is one of our most favoritest places to be in the whole wide world!  Heck, we both grew up here!

No, mom.  I am not running.  Why ever would you think that?!

Mom says that it's a real privilege to be in the company of all of these gorgeous clocks that were built in the 1700 and 1800's.
Each clock is an exquisite work of art.

You can't tell from the photos but the glass doors that cover the clock faces all have that wavy antique glass that is so very beautiful and you can see all of the hand plane marks in the wood.  The clocks are all so gorgeous!

Mom says that she could spend HOURS in here and these aren't even all of the clocks.  These are just a few!   The rest of them are yet to come.
We found this wooden movement upstairs on the second floor.
No mom, I am not racing up and down the stairs - promise!
Here ya go, mom.   Now you can spend your hours!
Hi, mom!
This sure was a superfun trip!
And we wish we could stay longer.  That was fun☺
Love ya lots♥

  2. Those clocks are wonderful. I have always wanted a Grandfather clock but our home is not big enough for one. Some friends suggested a Granddaughter clock but they just don't have the same look to them. Mitch & Molly really had fun, I can just hear their toes clicking on all that wonderful wood flooring. Have a great weekend. Hugs, Susie x

  6. Oh my word we 3 300% enjoyed this tour. Mom and Dad are big clock fans.....and so am I. When I was a wee kitten, I was found on top of our grandfather clock numerous times...it sits by the stairs...I would jump through the strair rails. Mol Mol Mol someone said they saw teeth marks on the finial..????? They could not move the clock so they covered it in a quilt secured w duck tape...I love duck tape. Finally mom found a basket that is made to fit on stairs..she put it right at my launching pad. I was and still am a paw full
Off to look up Crumpies online

I can just imagine seeing them 'not running' LOL. I'd love to have a puppy for Daisy. We're as tired and old as she is. We need a 'youngin' around! Thanks for sharing and making me smile!
    Have a wonderful Saturday.
