Monkey See Monkey Do

We had a fun walkie this morning.   Mackie is growing longer legs.

 Go, Mackie, Go!!!
I love to eat grass along our walk - a LOT of grass.  Mom says too much grass!
Mackie grabs and eats grass too because I do.
We're enjoying our neighbor's peonies seeing as our are not really blooming this year.

These are wild roses.   The thorns on these bushes do more damage to your skin than Mackie's puppy teefs.   The fragrance that these roses put off is beyond fabulous.   The Aire is filled with rose scent along most of our walk.   It's wonderful.   Just don't touch!
And because I had to to do a flop~
He's in position to do a somersault!
 Monkey see; monkey do~
Yes, please - treats, please!

Love ya lots♥

We think Mackie looks huge in that first photo! Great walk. We usually graze, too. SHE keeps our grass too short!

Molly, it won't be long before Mackie is longer than you are!!! We like to eat grass too but Mom doesn't like it when we bring it back up again:(

The peonies are gorgeous. We can't grow them here because we never get frost. That's what the nursery man said.

What a fun post! I love how you imitate Molly, Mackie! We've seen that with all of our pups, and it can lead to both good and bad habits ;)

Great somersault!!!!!

Your garden flowers are stunning, and we love how bright green your yard is ! Out in California, our landscape is getting brown, because we get very little rain during the summer. Molly and Mackie seem to love to chew on that fresh green grass! They must find it to be delicious ! We had kitty cats that used to do that too. It must be some kind of help for the digestive system. Hugs to all, from Marina and Daryl Lynn :-)

OH, yum - grass! Isn't it delightful?!!? I especially like either really long grass or the baby grass in the Spring!
Those peonies are so beautiful! Ours are all done for the year. We had a better year this year - Mom read that if you don't trim them back and just leave them alone until Spring, they flower more. We aren't sure if that's what made the difference, but that's what she did!
I can almost smell those roses!!!!
Yours sincerely,
Margaret Thatcher

Sad to hear your peonies are sort of poop-ing out this year, but so nice you can still enjoy the flower thanks to your neighbor! It looks like a very fun and tasty walk you two had. With that perfect execution of a summersault looks like Mackie is all ready for the Blogville olympics later this year!
