Strange Ventilation

This is what dad and mom are up to~
They are removing a rotted sill so it can be replaced with a new one.
 All gone!
The are doing good stuffs too - like painting and making the outside of our family room look pretty and white.
But~~~~
I see a real problem on the inside where the sill has been removed, dad!
You threw out the welcome mat for all kinds of evil critters to come on in.  Suppose they head to the kitchen to steal our treats or our kibble?  We can't have that!
Great thinkin', Mackie!  That should hold them off while dad and mom work to get the new sill in place!
Thank doG we're paying attention to the little details!  Being supervisors is hard work!

On another note.
I, Molly, am participating in the Silly Sleepy Furries at the Pawlympics over at Dougie and Zoey's blog.
I just love napping in this position!   It's so comfy!   You should all give it a try!

Thank you so much for my medal and for hosting this event, Dougie!
Check out all of the other Silly Sleeping Furries over at Dougie's.   There are a LOT of them!
Love ya lots♥

  2. Hi Molly, thank you for being part of our event today. Dougie Dog thinks you sleep sort of silly-like (he's NEVER upsidedown like that) ... but he also said, "she's quite cute!". BTW: he also asked if you humans would fix our door frame when they're done please, it lets all
kinds of little unwanted critter-things in also, and they do get into
his food dish, so he says ...

  3. What in the world would your parents do without your supervision?!?! Great job!
Good luck at the PawLympics, Molly! You're such a natural athlete - you make Silly Sleeping look easy. We all know it takes a GREAT deal of skill!
    Yours sincerely,

  4. I think my pack would be lying there with their noses to the crack o-under the door, trying to scoop up all the sounds and sniffs.

Nice medal! We all sleep on our backs except for the two little girls.

  5. We think you may have to take turns guarding the door to make sure that the critters don't get in.

  12. We sure hope that rug keeps the critters out. You two will have lots of fun if a few sneak in though.

  13. Oh no! Now the mousies are going to get into your house! So you two had better keep a constant vigil until the door gets fixed!

Good performance in that Pawlympic event.
