Molly is a Bad AireGirl

Molly has pretty much always had too much energy when she's in the car.   She races back and forth in the back seat trying to let cars know that it's not acceptable to pass our car.   In other words - she's a nut case!  She drove angel Mitch nuts and she started to make me nervous and freak me out and mom and dad said - NO!  Yes, they tried spraying her with water and they tried many different seat belts and nothing worked.
Voila. This works!
 She still has her moments~
And she bites on the plywood partition A LOT!
 Flip your ear, Mackie.
But she does eventually sit and behave.
And it works out great when we go to Lenny and Joe's because I have my side (which is the bigger side because I'm going to be bigger than she is in no time at all) and Molly has her side.
 Share away, mom!
 We are ready and waiting!
We sometimes wonder if the partition will ever come down.

Love ya lots♥

  4. Well, that's a great idea! We might need something similar in our car because I just hate to sit still in the car.

  5. It's interesting how just a little partition can change Molly's behavior. Keep up the good work.

  8. OMD that is brilliant! Don't worry Molly, sometimes I do that too! When I'm hyped up, I bark at anyone walkin' on the street, and if they have a doggie...watch out! BOL
That's only if Gpa and Ma are in the truck, then I know I'm goin' to the vet. Ma needs Gpas help watchin' me, cause I'm a handful apparently...
Butts, when it's just me and Ma, I behave. I only bark at the other doggies...☺
I would loves some of that food though! Lucky doggies...
    Kisses,
    Ruby ♥

  10. Oh Molly, you do make me laugh but not for your Mom, Dad and Mackie when they are in the car with you. But what a great resolution. Your dinner looks wonderful. Hugs, Susie & Treacle xx

  11. We sure can relate to this!! We had to put up a similar partition between the front seats of the RV and the coach as LadyBug manages to be a complete FREAK sometimes! On her very first trip, she managed to somehow wedge herself underneath the passenger seat. We actually thought we'd have to unbolt the seat to get her out...but miraculously she managed to extricate herself! She is a character...sounds a lot like Molly!

We don't take them in the car unless we have to because it is so stressful...it drives my husband completely nuts!

At least you got some good eats out of it!! Sometimes they really are like kids!

  13. ha! seems Molly is my twin :o) I don't like the rolling cage, so the mama has to ride with me on the back seat... even with 80 lbs, I'm a lap dog :o)

  14. BOL! I cannot believe you need a plywood partition between the two of you! I love car rides because they put me right to sleep. I sure hope your new system continues to work for you

  15. OH MY word that is hilarious...here we thought Molly was all about teaching you manners. Golly Molly are you part beaver chewing on wood? I love the partition that I'm guessing your dad made.
Mom said she could hear Molly saying Mom, make Mackie stop touching me and vice a versa. Too funny but for that delicious food I'd sit still too
    Hugs madi your bfff

  21. Riding in the car can be stressful. Usually, whenever I have to get in the car, we go to the vet.

  22. What a fun post. Brought back found memories for me. Daisy loved seeing cows.
She would bark and bark and bark at them. One time we were in a convertible and she wouldn't back at them! It was crazy. Every time we drove up with the top down she sat quietly watching them!
I bet she would have love Molly and Mackie!
I love visiting. You guys make my day!
