Flower Friday

Arty and Jakey - mom and I are so very sorry about sweet Bilbo.   He was one special and very cute pup.   Our hearts go out to both of you and also to your mom and dad.
We are dedicating our Flower Friday to angel Bilbo and angel Dory♥

Look what mom found in our yard!  Her eyes didn't find them - her nose did!  Honeysuckle is soooooo fragrant!
We've had superhot weather for a couple of days but thankfully, the temps and humidity have dropped and walkies were much more fun~
This lamium in bloom is right outside mom's doctor's office.
Love the color of these bellflowers!
This pot of geraniums and pansies are hanging in a tree~
The smoke trees are in bloom~
 Such colorful cheerful annual flowers~
Mom never had good luck growing roses.  Maybe it was because she didn't spray them!

This is the coolest windmill.   It's connected electrically and it turns all the time.
Dad called mom yesterday and told her that Jett is barking like a seal so dad got antibiotics for him.  So now he has kennel cough.   I am still, and hope to remain, kennel cough free.   The vet told mom that because Mackie has been on Doxy, he shouldn't be contagious.  He's visiting us again this weekend.

Love ya lots♥
Molly

  1. that#s super sweet to have a flower friday for Bilbo... our hearts are still as heavy as rocks... and we wish we wouldn't be so far away, so we could give Bilbo's humans a real hug instead just a virtual one...

  8. What most beautiful flowers in honor of two very special Angels Dory who taught us to appreciate flowers and her handsome sidekick precious Angle Bilbo. Mom loves honeysuckle.

OMCs Molly we are beyond thrilled that thus far you remain well w/o K.C. Maybe you had some immunity since you are older. Mayb that ve needs to give his
clinic a major wash down. I hope Jett will be okey dokey soon.

  9. Thoughts are with Bilbo's Mom and Dad.

We love the flowers, especially the Bellflowers. Our Honeysuckle is in full bloom and I will have to get some pictures quick. Glad it is a bit cooler for you. We are heading for a week of high temperatures into the 90 so we will be all hot and bothered. Have a lovely summer weekend. Hugs, Susie & Treacle xx

  10. What beautiful flowers -- and we agree that Honeysuckle is so fragrant! We have a patch of Honeysuckle Vine on our hill and BUNNIES hide in there!!! It's hard for our mom to get any photos of us there because of that.
    Those lamium are so pretty!!!
    Cammie!
PS: We hope Jet and Mackie get better soon! That's great that you aren't symptomatic yet!

  13. I love the scent of honeysuckle, which is why I have torn the vines down yet. They do tend to take over though.

  14. I think that the honeysuckle is my favorite of them all! And you have it in your yard. Lucky you!!!!!

I'm so sorry about the kennel cough that has gotten the boys. Please stay well rested and hydrated, Molly, so that maybe you can avoid it. It's no fun at all.

  15. Sweet post for Angel Bilbo - your flowers are all so pretty. Mom loves the smell of honeysuckle too.

Poor Jett - maybe he needs some of that special honey too. That must have been a very potent strain of kennel cough. Hope it is all done now.
