My new sissy arrived on Monday - all the way from across the pond! Her name is Eadie - short for Edith.
"Eadie came about as a pet form
of the feminine name Edith, but is now found used as a name in its own
right. The name is said to mean ‘Ambitious for Wealth’ and is of
Old English origin. Use of the pet name Eadie may have been spurred in
the 60’s when American actress and model Eadie Sedgwick, became famous
from starring in several of artist Andy Warhol’s films."
Miss Ann Curran of Ragtail. Miss Ann also made Maggie AireBear♥
Miss Ann named Eadie and because my gram had a very dear friend named Miss Edith, we chose to keep her name just as Miss Ann named her.
Love ya lots♥
