Flower Friday

We are joining Rosy today for Flower Friday~

Off we go on our walk~~

 The Rose of Sharon is still in bloom~
 We found Milkweed pods~
 And lots of happy Marigolds~
 The chestnuts are ripening and will be dropping all over the ground soon.
 The pink sedum is blooming~
 Mom just loves the aroma of Phlox!
 A mushroom cluster~
 Mom stuck the Chinese Lanterns in an autumn garland on our fireplace!

  7. Your Flower Friday walks are always so much fun and so pretty, Molly. Our Rose of Sharon is in bloom here, but it is very WET!!! That spoils the blooms too. The Chinese lantern looks beautiful in your display.

  8. Those Milkweed pods are interesting....and chestnuts...WOW! SHE grew up with those little chinquapins and remembers the sore fingers trying to open them.

  14. We're finding lots of unusual mushrooms lately. We really like those lanterns . They look so festive.
