Tasty Tuesday

Mom loves watching the cooking shows on PBS on Saturday afternoon and recently, they introduced a new one to her called Food Over 50.   Chef David Jackson recently made a Sauteed Red Cabbage that had her mouth watering and she decided that she had to make it.
I'm not sure that I want a bite of red cabbage.
The evil woman loves to put stuffs of my head!
I'll pass on the red cabbage, mom~
But I will have an apple slice☺
All ingredients mixed together and we're ready for the apple cider vinegar.
 And 45 minutes later~~
Mom says it is to-die-for!   It is so flavorful - sweet and tart at the same time and you can taste the onion and the mushy apple pieces give it a fun burst.    This recipe is a keeper!

Love ya lots♥
Molly

  7. Angel Joey dog loved to eat cabbage! He would steal the stem pieces out of the compost pile. The next day, he had terrible gas!!! Our Oma loved red cabbage and cooked it with chopped apples.
