Thinking Thursday

Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life.
It turns what we have into enough, and more.
It turns denial into acceptance, chaos to order, confusion to clarity.
It can turn a meal into a feast, a house into a home, a stranger into a friend.
Gratitude makes sense of our past, brings peace for today, and creates a vision for tomorrow.

Happy Thursday and Happy November 1st!

  1. Thank you for your kind comment on my header.
The photo was taken about 3 or 4 years ago at Leadmine Lake about 3 blocks from my house. I’ve often thought about using it as a header but I needed the right background…I found it on Pizap.

  5. Those words are just beautiful and very true. You look very pensive in that shot, Molly. Or did you have your eye on a squirrel?

  7. Charlee: "Gratitude? Is that something we should be working on?"
Chaplin: "I think we should check the cat behavior handbook first and see if we're allowed to."
Charlee: "Well I think that we can, at least today. Thank you for coming to see us and for your kind words after Dennis went to the Rainbow Bridge. It meant a lot to us."
Chaplin: "And to Mama and Dada too."
Both: "And Dennis told us to tell you, 'ok bye'."
