Nature Friday

We are joining special guest from Texas, Sorrell, this week for Nature Friday~

Our Chinese Lanterns are ORANGE!

We think this lacy one with the "marble" inside is so pretty~
 Our Hosta's are blooming again~
We discovered this chunky mushroom and if you notice at the base of the mushroom are the spiky pods from our Copper Beach Tree.   Mom sweeps them up every single day so that I don't step on them.   They are NASTY little buggers!  They wedge themselves between my pawpads and get stuck there and they hurt.
 Who doesn't love a happy smiling Sunflower☺
We still see so many Hibiscus on our walks and this one is such a pretty color.
 Happy Friday, everybuddy!
Love ya lots♥

  5. Such pretty flowers Molly, and that is very kind and considerate of your Mom to sweep up those spiky pods every day to protect your paws. Gail and I are most impressed.

  8. We've really enjoyed watching your lanterns mature. It's raining here today so we'll do a flower walk over the weekend when it drys up.

  13. We love sunflowers, and used to plant some every year. But the Evil Squirrel Cartel kept stealing them. So now we don't plant them anymore. But it's nice to see yours. Ghostwriter says that on her way to work, she passes a field that is entirely planted with sunflowers! Those rotten squirrels would need a hundred years to plunder all of those! Hehehehe.

  14. It's still looking quite pretty there too! We're glad your Mom gets rid of those spiky things so they don't hurt your paws, Molly. ♥
