The snow is up to my belly! We have fresh snow on what was already here.
We have breezes and the temps don't reflect what it really feels like and you can see that the bench behind me is loaded with snow. We were only outside for fifteen minutes~I had a blast and of course, mom said "enough"!When we got back inside, her fingers were so cold that she had trouble removing her gloves that were wet from throwing my ball and she could only imagine how cold my legs and feets were. The snow is wet and yup - a snowball all over my furs kinda snow. The weatherPeeps tell us to expect one to three more inches this morning. Playing outside is going to become impossible!
Love ya lots♥
Duke
our mama said she remembers that moments and how the fingers were from her childhood... but that was over soon and not such a defi like today in her old age :O)
ReplyDeleteDuke I guess the kind of ball you need right now is one of those giant Beach balls. It might stay on top of that deep snow and you might be able to see it. But I don't think you could pick it up in your mouth, m o l.
ReplyDeleteWe are sure you are not cold. You are busy moving around and you have furs to keep you warm. Only Bailie gets cold here because she is a senior and doesn't race around. You are so lucky, enjoy your snow.
ReplyDeleteOur clipper didn't do much here - maybe a shaker full on the windshields at Smoke & Lorraine's across the street -
ReplyDeleteMom knows exactly what your mom's fingers feel like - and each time mine is too slow to get her gloves on, she thinks she won't do that again - but....
Enjoy yours and stay safe!

I'm glad you were able to get out and enjoy playing in the snow a little, Duke. You sure don't need any more snow than you already have though.

Duke, you really have had a winter full of snow. But when is enough enough? We have none:(. And our cousins in West Dennis on Cape Cod have been without power since Sunday night:(
