Nature Friday

We are joining Rosy and Sunny for Nature Friday!!

We are seeing lots and lots of Clematis!

Along our fenceline,  Landlady Maryanne's Roses are blooming!
We are so excited to see that Farmer Will has finally planted in the field near our house.   We know the farmers are having a very hard time this year.   Hopefully, things will be better for them for next years' planting season.  These are tomato plants and it's raining now so they are getting a nice refreshing drink!
As we turned onto our street, a lady up ahead of us was walking her Golden Retriever.  We have never seen her before and her dog clearly wanted to meet me and didn't seem to want to budge until he did.   She asked us to please head down another street so she could walk her dog home.  Mom told her that we live just ahead of where she was standing but she wasn't taking no for an answer so we turned down another street.   Stoopid woman.  Why couldn't I say Hi to her very handsome dog!
Happy Friday!
Love ya lots♥

  1. Duke of course we love seeing all the flowers. Sounds like the woman was the unfriendly kind but the doggy would have been a good friend if you could have gotten a chance to visit.

Your mum showed some restraint... I rather think I might have been having 87 words with that wummin! Anyway, focus on those glorious Clematis.... and breathe... hugs and wags, YAM-aunty xxx

  3. Our mom would tell her to walk down another street or just stay on the other side of the street. Some people have no idea about dogs, dog etiquette, and things like that. Too bad you couldn't make a new friend.
