Introducing HATtitude

HATtitude is the name of the 2014 Airedale Quilting Bee quilt!  Isn't it fabulous!
Each and every Airedale on this quilt is wearing a different hat.
We absolutely LOVE this quilt!  It is so much fun!
 This is our mom's block.
Angel Maggie was her inspiration once again.    She's a red hatter!
And this would be the "real" angel Maggie sporting her red hat~

We couldn't share mom's wool projects with you before now because the Bee requires that the quilt stays top secret until the initial unveiling.    She now we can show you that mom made our goodest and bestest friends, Kate and Putter,  a door knob hanger using mom's red hat quilt pattern.   Putter is 10 years old so she's an official red hatter!   She presented this to them when she flew to Seattle back in April.
And mom had to make one for herself~

And mom loved Rebecca's block because it's tennis ball oriented and she wanted to make it for Molly because Molly is so nutty for tennis balls!
We are just in love with each and every block.  We think they are all wonderful!

If you would like a chance to win the HATtitude quilt and support Airedale Rescue~~
The donation structure is set up as follows: for each $5 donation, you will receive one entry for the main quilt ; for each $25 donation increment, you will receive 5 entries for the main quilt and 1 bonus quilt entry. For example, if you donate $50, you receive 10 main quilt entries and 2 bonus entries and so on.

The drawing for the quilt and the bonus quilts/wall hangings will take place in the Airedale ring at the Montgomery Kennel Club show on Sunday, Oct. 5th, 2014. You have an opportunity to win the main quilt and/or one of the bonus quilts/wall hangings.

Our friend, Miss Candy is posting on the Airedale Quilt blog again this year.   We can't wait to visit  everyday to to see each of the fabulous hat blocks come to life!   Be sure to check it out.   There will be lots of give-aways~~

Don't forget to check out the HATtitude website too!   You can see it here

So until next time............

Love ya lots♥
