Another First and a Positive

Our sissy was here for dindin on Thursday.  This is Molly's first time meeting our sissy and the girls hit it off very well!

Mom made baked macaroni and they each had a slice of MaggieMeatloaf.

I have been having limpie issues and yesterday, I went to visit my vet.  The stuck that horrible thing up my butt and stole my blood and rotated one of my ankles in directions that I didn't even know it could go in.
I'm Lyme disease positive.
And I'm on Doxy and Tramadol.

A third drug can be prescribed but mom needs a peepee sample before my vet will dispense it.  If I'm spilling protein, this drug can hurt my kidneys so a peepee sample is a must!
It's pouring rain here and the stoopid office closes at 12:30 so me and Mom are under the gun!
I haven't peepee'd since 8 last night and I ate my breakie and drank water and mom keeps askin' me what the heck I'm waiting for!

Molly offered to peepee for me.  That girl goes peepee 87 times a day!
Thank you, Molly but I think I have to handle this by myself.
Yes, mom, I'm ready to go outside one more time.

Update:  We got our pee sample! yahooooooo

Until next time..........

Love ya lots,
Mitch and Molly

  25. Hi Mitch, we'll have to go learn about Lyme disease because we don't know anything about it. If your mom needs anything, all she has to do is ask. We still have the light on for you, your mom and dad and Molly.

  26. I sorry about ur Lyme thing. Is that like lemon lime soda?

  27. Mitch, Mom and Molly are taking very good care of you, you know?
You will be all well in no time!!!
    You are so loved Mitch!!!

  28. Sorry about Mitch having Lymes. Boo!!

Halle is a Lymes "success" story- she had symptoms way back when she was a young dog but took meds & has been symptom free for over 10 years. We are pulling for you Mitch!

PS that dinner looked delicious!! xoxo

    Still enjoying my blog vacation!!

  29. Sorry about the Lyme disease Mitch. We are sending tonnes of doxie feel good vibes your way.
    Love Ruby & Penny

  30. Ach! That Lyme is just awful, but the antibiotics will get you back in the game super fast.

  31. Woozers, what a nice pic of sissy & Maggie! Woo know, looking at sissy's pretty curls, maybe she's part Airedale? ; )

We're sending woo Sibe Vibes to help woo get over the Lyme disease.
The ticks are quadruplely bad here this summer, too. But our vet tells mom that if doggies take their meds, they're usually ok. He said its super-nasty if humans get it, tohugh. Make sure to spray your mom & pop with anti-tick spray before woo take them out!

(Miss Moo just had her Lyme test last week, fortunately, she's negative.)

    Jack a-roo & Miss Moo

  32. Oh noes.. those stupid ticks.. :( We're glad you got your pee sample where it was supposed to go, though! Feel better, buddy!

    Kisses, Gummi

  33. Sorry to hear you have Lyme's Mitch- hope the meds sort it out soon. I laughed at the thought of your Mum chasing you round with a little bottle! Alfie pees on every corner when we go out, but I bet if I needed him to he wouldn't :)

  34. We are glad to read that you FINALLY gave mom a sample Mitch! We hope the doc gets everything straightened out for you real fast. We will be watching you!
Hugs and wags, Mistaya and Maggie

  35. Hope you get well really soon Mitch! Take it easy! Lots of love and licks,
    Ros and Oscar

  36. We loathe TICKS! Yucks!

Sending you pawsitive vibes Mitch. I hope you'll get well soon.

  37. Oh, no! Mitch!

Hope your peepee is okay. What's going on?? You don't have enough protein in your peepee and I have too much. If you lived closer, I could give you some of mine.

Sorry to hear about you having Lyme disease. That's awful. Hope that you are feeling better and have a speedy recovery. I know you are getting excellent care.

Love and Lots of Koobuss Kisses,

  38. Mitch, so sorry to hear about the Lyme disease. Hopefully the medicine will get you better!

This is my first time seeing Molly. What a cutie pie!

Savannah sends her love to you all!

  39. It so looks like your sissies are khwite taken with each other!

As fur The Mitch, paws khrossed the lymes leave fur the khokhonut soon!

PeeEssWoo: So, did woo get the ice khream yet?

  40. First up we want to apologise for not being over to comment for ages and ages. We've been reading, but useless about commenting. It's because we have various Google identities that mean logging out and in and out again.

Mojo is most alarmed to hear of poor Mitch and his Lyme Disease. She's had loads of ticks but luckily not had anything so nasty, so she feels really bad for her man (she still has a crush on him). Mitch is lucky he's on the other side of the Atlantic because she'd be right over to shnuffle in his ears and flirt outrageously. Get well soon!

    the Aireheads

  41. Mitch! So sorry to hear this news. BUTT - I feel you will be well for a long's wishing you good health! Molly will look after you!

  42. OH NO! I hope you get better fast....that is NOT good! Please take care, my friend!
