Mom has been so obsessed with those nutty jigsaw puzzles that she hasn't been reading books lately. That all changed when she got "Hello Love" by Karen McQuestion. She's not ignoring me anymore. Now she keeps hugging me and telling me how much she loves me and she's loving this book!
Books are so much better than puzzles!
Love ya lots♥

I just read the review of that book. It looks great and if you get extra hugs from your mom when she's reading it, that really does make it better than puzzles.
ReplyDeleteOh Yes indeedy Molly. With books it is much much easier to snuggle and no getting in trouble because you showed interest in the piece that landed on your domain

Anything that gets you more hugs and kisses is a good thing.
ReplyDeleteGood for you, and for mom! Hooray!
ReplyDeleteoooh yes... and books are tasty too ;O)
ReplyDeleteMoms need a reminder now and then as to what's important and what's not so important. Good for her.
ReplyDeleteHave a woof woof day, Molly. My best to your mom. ♥
Totally agree Molly!

Yeah...it's hard to snuggle when someone's doing a puzzle. At least reading can be a one-handed activity.
ReplyDeleteMore cuddles and hugs for you sounds great. We are in the need of a good book and will be definitely checking Hello Love out. Thanks for the share. Have a wonderful day.

Hugs and cuddles are great, aren't they, Molly? Our Mom has a puzzle half done, but she has been busy with Lightning and getting ready for their weekend getaway. She is hoping she gets more interested in finishing it next week.

Our moms are very different. Mine doesn't do puzzles and rarely reads a book. She is all about outdoor adventures or sports. At least with a book, your mom can curl up with you and read.
ReplyDeleteMom says she needs to find more time for reading

I have also run out of time in life for reading. Your mom is inspiring me!!!! Enjoy!
ReplyDeleteHi Molly... you could eat one piece of the puzzle, and your mom would say something but stop putting it together and forgive you and you could play again. Just sayin', that kind of thing works for me. Milo
ReplyDeleteThat book sounds intriguing!!
