Treacherous Tuesday

We started with a few flakes of snow last night and then it turned to sleet and now - freezing rain.
 My grass is covered in ice along with our entire driveway.
 The trees branches have ice on them.
 Yes, it's beautiful.   Mom and I have paws and fingers crossed that we don't lose our power.
 We watched "The Railway Children" movie that we have never seen before and we have no idea how we missed it.   It's a wonderful movie!
 No walkies today because everything is too icy and treacherous.    Today is a great day to stay inside and work on my stuffed bone.

    Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhh tis the time of ice and sleet and mess. Yep a good day to watch a movie or chew on a bone.
    I like that Mom has the garland around the lamp.
    Thanks for the review of the movie. Dad of Madi loves anything with trains.

    Ice is no fun. My mom has special shoes for the ice so we can walk, but it is still not very fun. Hope your ice melts.

    We had the same weather. It was no fun to be outside. Curling up in front of the TV was a wise move.

    We got snow Sunday into Monday, but now a lot of it has melted and then refroze as ice. It is not much fun for Mom and Lightning walking. Mom wears her yak trax, but poor Lightning keeps slipping and sliding:(

    Those are some beautifuls photos Molly, butts I thinks your Moms has the right idea ~ stay inside with some poppycorn and movies! Maybe some margaritas...you do have lots of ice! BOL!!!!! too soon?

    Oh no, you got ice! There is nothing good about that. We got about 4-5 inches of snow yesterday; but tomorrow is going to be so cold (below zero wind chills), we will not be venturing out either. :(
