A SuperFun Trip

Guess where we got to go after lunch?
CRUMPIES!
Mom and dad both told us that we had to be on our BESTEST behavior!
Look at all the clocks that he has added since the last time we were here, Molly!

We are so psyched to be here again.   This is one of our most favoritest places to be in the whole wide world!  Heck, we both grew up here!

No, mom.  I am not running.  Why ever would you think that?!

Mom says that it's a real privilege to be in the company of all of these gorgeous clocks that were built in the 1700 and 1800's.
Each clock is an exquisite work of art.

You can't tell from the photos but the glass doors that cover the clock faces all have that wavy antique glass that is so very beautiful and you can see all of the hand plane marks in the wood.  The clocks are all so gorgeous!

Mom says that she could spend HOURS in here and these aren't even all of the clocks.  These are just a few!   The rest of them are yet to come.
We found this wooden movement upstairs on the second floor.
No mom, I am not racing up and down the stairs - promise!
Here ya go, mom.   Now you can spend your hours!
Hi, mom!
This sure was a superfun trip!
And we wish we could stay longer.  That was fun☺
Love ya lots♥

HAireCut and Peanut Butter Cookies

Mom told me that I was starting to look too fuzzy so she got out the clippers and gave me a longer hAireCut.

One reason was because it's winter and our winters can get pretty cold although we have had a pretty mild one so far.
Another reason is because the prednisone is doing nutting things to my furs.  Look at my tail.   I barely have any furs on it!
And this spot that Dr S shaved IONS ago for my ultrasound is still sparse.   When are my furs going to grow back in?
You can see that the myositis is changing the shape of my face and my head.   I'm not in any pain but I do have days that I'm not my happiest and we know that the disease is progressing.

So after my hAireCut, mom had this fabulous idea☺

Hey, Molly - cookies are being served in the kitchen!  You'd better hurry up and get out here before mom and I eat them all up!
We figured you'd be here in a flash!
Peanut butter cookies are sure tasty but when are you going to make the Wooscotti that you promised us?!

Love,

A Rainy Windy Day

Yesterday, it was rainy and windy and we didn't get our walk in and we were NOT happy!
Mom's plan was to make our nanny's Goulash for dindin AND New England Clam Chowder for another night this week.   Your favorite Airedales are available to help you out, mom!
We just happen to love celery~

 And red peppers~
 And green peppers!
And because mom was making them at the same time................
You just dropped a potato chunk into the goulash, mom.   Nanny never puts potatoes in her Goulash!
A few more ingredients and they'll both be ready to simmer until they're all done~
The Goulash is served over ditalini onies.

If you're thinking of making dessert, we're available to help you out for that too!

Love ya lots♥

Kibble Drop

We got an email from Miss Sydney only a couple of days ago asking us which one of the fabulous choices that she and Chewy were offering, would we like to review for the month of January.    We didn't hesitate for a moment.  We wrote back to her within a few minutes and she let us know that she would be putting it in the mail PRONTO!   And she sure did! That's one of the most awesome things about Chewy.  The wonderful goodies from their company arrives at our house faster than the speed of lightning and we're not kidding!
We have been spending lots of time in the workshop with mom and dad. They have another barn project going so we thought that this Outward Hound Kibble Drop interactive toy would be fun to keep us busy.
One of our Sibe buddies is on the front of the box!  Is that you, Khyra?  Or is that you Cammie or Maggie?   Or is that you, Ciara or Lightning?
We had the perfect sized training treats to feed into the kibble drop toy.
The treats drop in the top right here, Molly.  It might fall into that chute or it may slide into one of the other three.  Keep watching, Molly!
The lid flips up and voila - you get treated!
 I really like this toy!
My turn!    Into the top they go.
You're right, Molly.  This is one fun and very rewarding and yummy toy!
 Into the workshop we go~~
Now we have something fun to play with!

Do you have a minute to throw my ball to me, mom?

Look at this funny hat I found, Molly!

Our friend, Dana, has created 3 videos of dad in the workshop.   This one is the very bestest of the three because I'm in it.   You gotta watch it to the very end ☺

Thank you so very much for sending us the Outward Hound Kibble Drop, Miss Sydney.  We are having a blast with it!

Cranberry Bread

We helped mom make cranberry bread.
A frozen cranberry?   For me?   Okay.
 An orange slice~
 I like oranges!
 Orange peel?
Mom is not trying to poison you, Molly.   Seeeeeeeee~~
hummmmmmmmmm
I guess it's okay, Mitch, but the juicy orange section tastes much better!
 Pulp is yummy too!
The cranberry bread is out of the oven~
Time to dig in!

Love ya lots♥
