Weathervane Wednesday

Dad's Indian motorcycle friend, Brenda, surprised our mom with an Airedale weather vane on Saturday. 
We think it's just beautiful and it works beautifully! Thank you, Brenda!


Has anyone been following the quilt blog?   They have fabulous incentive gifts for the person who puts them at or over $5,000! 
Our mom made one of the incentive gifts.   The DAirey Delights block was her inspiration.

    Oh -love the Airedale weathervane!! My human, Hsin-Yi, thinks weathervanes are so romantic and always wanted to live in a house with one...can you believe how many houses we've moved to and lived in, in the last 5yrs and we STILL haven't managed to live in one with a weathervane! ;-)
