Today is the annual Halloween Pawty at Crumpie's barn and guess which Dales are NOT invited!
We are helping mom make Dotty's famous stuffed celery ~
The pawty goers all seem to like it.
The recipe is 8 ounces of cream cheese (softened to room temp), approx
1/2 cup of crumbled blue cheese and 1 small can of small shrimp ( same
size as a small can of tuna). Cream these 3 ingredients together.
Then sprinkle in a few shakes of onion powder or onion salt, a generous
squeeze of lemon juice and a few shakes of Worcestershire sauce. Mix
this all together until well blended and stuff the celery. Sprinkle
with paprika and refrigerate. Easy peasy!
We didn't get any of the stuffing part but we did get celery. Both of us love celery!

Congrats to the winners - that was a lovely mat! Ciara and lightning love lettuce and carrots but have never had celery. Bet it is tasty - crunch crinch crunchy too.
