The apple tree is in bloom.
And so is the dogwood~
The fragrance of the lilacs is intoxicating and we are loving it!
The white lilacs~
The double French lilacs. This small tree has been here forever. Every year that goes by looks like it's going to be its last year but it keeps on coming back year after year~
Our friend, Lauren sent us this picture. Our dad is hard at work in Bar Harbor, Maine☺
Love ya lots♥

We used to have so many different kinds of lilacs in our yard in Michigan. They won't grow in Florida. :(
Thanks for the beautiful flower pictures.
We have the Rochester Lilac Festival every year, and it starts on Mother's Day. For some reason the weather hardly ever cooperates. Some years, there was so much cold and rain, they've had to extend it over the next week! Well, if you don't like the weather around here, just wait a minute! Haha!
I think we could smell them through the computer. stella rose
Oh man...we sure miss the dogwood trees, we don't have any around here!

Spring is so pretty but lilacs have put Mom in the hospital twice, so she avoids them. They don't grow very well around here so she's safe.

Your lilacs are SO pretty. We only have a little lilac tree, but it survived its first year without some pup getting at it. Mom loves to walk through the neighborhood and smell all the sweet lilacs.
