One of our very favorite videos of them is titled Passing the Time. Maggie was always jealous of any attention that Mitch got, which led to lots of barking. You will notice near the end of the video, Maggie appears to sniff Mitch's ears for cleanliness and then snort. She did that every single day☺ Mitch loved grabbing Maggie's collar and pulling on it.
That beautiful long MaggieBeard and that playful and happy MitchyBoy - right up to almost the end of his life.
How we miss them both♥
Hey, Maggie. Mom is letting me, Molly, wear your beautiful rope collar that she bought you when you were on Nantucket.
And did you know that today is National Bowtie Day. Well, it is!
I, Mackie, am sporting an apple red bowtie just for you today, Mitch!
Not a day goes by that we don't think of you both~~
Love ya lots♥
Molly and Mackie
Good bless Angels Maggie and Mitch...they were for sure two peas in a pod. WE loved the video it made us smile. Maggie did have a beautiful beard...Molly you wear Maggie's rope color with such style and Mackie that apple red bowtie is sure to make Mitch proud.

We happily remember Maggie and Mitch ... and hope they are playfully continuing to enjoy one another beyond the rainbow. Though missed here on earth, they are never forgotten ... HUGS.
ReplyDeletehugs to all angels... our tears are a greeting to you all and we send all angels a kiss over that bridge...
ReplyDeleteHugs to you. This past week marked the anniversary of the passing of two of my Shelties. Griffon was lost too soon at only seven and a half. Tucker was nearly 12. I still miss them both as well as Ceilidh and Duffy. But the memories of them usually now bring smiles not tears.
ReplyDeleteI know. Thanks for sharing today.
ReplyDeleteMom spent lots of tears while writing her Dog Day post. We miss our pack mates that are at the bridge.
