Mushrooms on a downed tree~
Waiting for baby Jesus~
We are walking past the duck pond and I don't think this chicken realizes that he doesn't have webbed feets!
Happy first day of Winter!
Love ya lots♥
Molly
oh that is very sweet... and maybe the chicken should rather be in that nativity scene than around da duck pond?
ReplyDeleteWow...Great job for the first day of winter.
ReplyDeleteNice looking front door. Lots of people put out decorative old sleds around here. It looks neat when there is snow all around.
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely country walk for your Friday before Christmas. Happy First Day of Winter although it has been very cold and very wet here. We hope you have a wonderful Christmas. Hugs & Love, Susie & Treacle xx

So beautiful!!
ReplyDeleteA lovely Christmassy walk. Happy Summer Solstice to you!
ReplyDeleteHow funny that Mr. Chicken thought he was a duck BOL!
ReplyDeleteWhat a pretty walk, Happy Winter!
You have some beautiful sites! Hope you have a happy Christmas!
ReplyDeleteThe Nativity scene is so beautiful. There seem to be fewer Christmas decorations around here this year after a very wet and cold November and early December.
ReplyDeleteWe have a sled just like that one. Mom usually has it on our front porch with a BIG red bow. She said she forgot about it this year. She is going to put it out in the morning.

ReplyDeleteOur kitties are curious as to the whereabouts of this chicken. ;)
ReplyDeleteDid the chicken try to cross the road? Just curious.
ReplyDeleteI LOVE your neck band, Molly! It looks lovely on you! Did your talented mama make it?
Yours sincerely,

We had a antique sled by our front door last year. We chained it to an old 80 lb iron weight because we got tired of people trying to steal it so this year it sits in the basement. This year we had a wood basket of greens and logs on our porch it got stolen the second day we had it out. Thieves must have wonderfully decorated homes.
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas
