Mom was watching one of the cooking shows on the PBS channel and she jotted down the ingredients to this recipe because it looked very yummy to her. She had never heard of this dish before and she can't pronounce it and she can't spell it either. The recipe is 2 cans of garbanzo beans, a wee bit of minced garlic, pepper and a couple of shakes of cinnamon. Heat till hot and then add bread crumbs. Mom didn't have the amount of the panko crumbs written down so she added them till it looked about right to her. She added 2 smaller cans of diced tomatoes and a package of thawed spinach and a splash of balsamic vinegar. Heat till it's hot and you're ready to serve.
Taste tester at your service, mom!It was a very filling recipe and very yummy and she made enough for a few meals. We'll definitely be making this one again and cutting the recipe in half!
Happy Tuesday, everybuddy!
Love ya lots♥

Now that is something my mom could eat as long as she uses whole grain bread crumbs. Sounds good.
