We are joining Rosy this week for Nature Friday~~
Yesterday, we had temps in the sixties close to seventy - so unheard of for February! What a nutty winter this has been!
The wild onions are beginning to grow~
We don't know what this is but it has pretty color so it's making mom happy!Landlord Bob must be getting another antique vehicle delivery. The last one he got - and we won't mention this to Landlord Bob, but mom thinks they should have taken that one to the dump. It was all rusted out and the truck door wouldn't even stay closed but it didn't take him long to get the motor running. He's obsessed with restoring these vehicles and when they're all done, they are literally works of art. Landlord Bob is a master at his craft!
Happy Friday, everybuddy!
Love ya lots♥Molly
maybe that old rusty car-cass was the car of someone famous once? maybe bonnie&clyde? or al carbonara? happy weekend to youuuu
ReplyDeleteSometimes those old rust buckets can be worth a fortune once they are restored. Our weather is crazy here too. Ice everywhere because it is too warm one day and super cold the next. The pawsome winter disappeared.
ReplyDeleteHari OM
ReplyDeleteYup, definitely not the normal winter this side either... I think those leaves might be Evening Primrose, Molly - keep an eye on it and see what appears in spring! Hugs and wags, YAM-aunty xxx
FUR sure on this weather - almost 70 on Wednesday - Omaha DesMoines had 7+" of snow on Thursday - and we have much needed rain again today - I see local friends posting the flowers coming up in their yards - like DUH!
ReplyDeleteHappy FrEYEday!
ENJOY!

Willow and Phyll
It's lovely to see an Airedale - they are few and far between. Years ago someone local used to breed them.
ReplyDeleteMy son-in-law has a Dutch WW2 vehicle and goes to Steam Fairs to meet other enthusiasts.
We sure have had some crazy weather here, too. Your mom should take a "before" picture of the new car and then another one when it's all finished.
ReplyDeleteCharlee: "Wow, sounds like Landlord Bob has some good antique car skills! He would probably like the antique car shows they have all over the place here in the summer!"
ReplyDeleteJava Bean: "Our Dada likes to go look at the old cars but I can't imagine him restoring them, considering that he almost never even washes the car he has ..."
Lulu: "Oh, and before we forget, Molly ... *BOOP* on your nose!"
Landlord Bob has a passion for restoring automotive history. Bryan loves all those restoration shows for cars etc
ReplyDeleteHugs Cecilia and love you lots Molly
Happy Nature Friday Molly. We too have been having unseasonably warm weather. I am still hoping for snow.
ReplyDeleteToodle-oo!
Nobby.
With a hobby like that, Landlord Bob stays happy! Just like you Molly! We always love to see your smiling face! Keep being awesome! Purrs Marvelous Marv
ReplyDeleteIt was (and I say WAS on my bucket list to restore an old dump worthy vehicle...
ReplyDeleteNow, too old!
That plant looks like a succulent of some kind?!!
You are the cream of the crop tho, Molly.
Wild onions, WOW, come on Spring! I'll bet those vehicles are something when Landlord Bob is done with them.
ReplyDeleteWhat beautiful weather Molly, it is much chillier down here...which just proves how crazy the weather is getting!
ReplyDeletexoxo,
Rosy and Sunny
I am glad you got to enjoy the unusually warm weather
ReplyDeleteWild and crazy, just like ours. We go from wearing our winter coat one day to no coat the next. And the flowers and trees in the park across the street and totally confused! Welcome to our "new world".
ReplyDeleteLove you too Molly (includes your Mom).
60s or 70s, we would want to be outside all day! It was -15F here this am. We wish you could mail us some spring. Lee and Phod frozen in the north
ReplyDeleteOur weather has been up and down lately too. But we know better than to think winter is over yet.
ReplyDeleteTell landlord Bob good luck with his new project!
Restoration work can be a labor of love and works of art as well. It must be fun to watch his progress.
ReplyDeleteHave a great week. XO
ReplyDeleteWe, too, are longing for some flowers. This winter has been long. We love that truck and will have to show DH & The Boys they will love it too, they love trucks and anything with four, six or eight wheels or more. Hugs & Love Susie & Coco xx
