Just after breakfast, mom made us put on our coats to go out to do pee and poo so we wouldn't get soaked from these big snowflakes! She said it's easier to toss our damp coats on the radiator to dry them off then for us to walk around wet all day long!
Mitch can't stand wearing his coat! He runs when he sees mom coming with it! heheheheI don't mind wearing my coat at all! It's pretty and it keeps me warm and dry! I hate being wet all day long! It feels awful!
We're over by our small pond staying underneath the pine trees and trying to keep dry. Mitch and I both sorta need to see green to inspire us to pee and poo! hummmmmmmm we're not seeing a whole lot of green over here, are we Mitch?!
OMG but this is such fun! Mom and Dad both think we're nuts! They want warmth and flowers and spring but we haven't really had a good snowfall yet so we are both super psyched! We're hoping that the snow keeps coming down all day long and so far, the snowGods are listening to us!
We got our morning business done and mom brought us back inside and rewarded us! Can you see both of our noses? Mom has two treats and she said, Maggie first, but does Mitch ever listen?! NNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!
We've been watching the snow come down for the past few hours! Mom says there's about 6 inches out there! Whooooooooooooooohooooooooooooooo - keep on coming down snow! More is always better!

ReplyDeleteYour coats are very stylish. We've been jipped out of good snow storms all winter too. Just an inch here, and there. Of course December started out with a bang and an ice storm, but we can hardly remember it now. When we get a lot of snow, dad clears off a bit of the grass as we get more inspired when we see green too. Rosie's feet freeze up in the snow and cold, so she's hoping for Spring, but Abby says bring on more snow because she's got her burly coat to keep her warm -mom says she's not getting a haircut till it warms up and Abby says YEAH - keep the cold weather coming!!!!! See you later; we're off to play in our measly 1 inch of snow. You lucky buggers

I'm so glad we don't have snow anymore. I REFUSE to go outside if it's white or wet. When my mom MAKES me (i.e. sets me outside), I just stand on the step and do my business. It makes mom mad because Kai usually ends up stepping in it. The nerve of him....then I get blamed.

Those coats look great! I tend to cheat at the dog park and if the humans keep those on their pups I can grab on them while we're playing chase. Thankfully I haven't ripped anyone's.

Greetings! Kaylee sends her love and says you look lovely in your coats. She says the best way to enjoy fresh snow is to plow with your nose and sniff out dem mousies! Kaylee's hairdo is a bit more, errr, rustic, and the snow never reaches her skin. She does get little balls of ice built up between her pads, and that is uncomfortable until they melt. I am thinking of getting her some snowboots for next year. Thanks for stopping by Kaylee's blog!
