This coming Saturday is our 3rd blogoversary. We can't believe that we've been blogging for 3 years already!
In the beginning it was just my blog - before Mitch joined our family and Butchy and Snickers were one of the first doggies that commented on my blog and I was so happy to have friends!
This is one of the first pictures that I remember of Snickers. She's a beautiful Thanksgiving Indian Princess in this picture. You will live on in our hearts forever, Snickers, and you will always, always, always be one of my first friends on DWB! I will never forget you - We will never forget you!
We love you,
Maggie and Mitch
Hug you M&M, we all lost a dear sweet friend today!
ReplyDeleteGussie is right, the bridge is even more beautiful because Miss Snickers is there.
Love you.
Hi Maggie & Mitch, we didn't know Miss Snickers but we can see how very special she was by the love of her friends across the DWB community.

Me, too, guys! Like you, when I first started my blog two and a half years ago Butchy and Snickers were among the first to comment, as were you, Maggie. I also will never forget her, or you. I'll always be grateful to you for your encouragement and support, Maggie, as I struggled with my new blog, trying not to look stupid. You were there for me from the beginning and I want you to know how much I appreciate it. I'm sorry I never got to tell that to Snickers.
ReplyDeleteLove and Lots of Koobuss Kisses,
Koobie

I am very sad.
ReplyDeleteI never knew Snickers, but when I heard of the illness, my heart was touched and I went to give love.
A strange thing happened in that I felt I knew Snickers forever. My heart could not be any sadder if I had known Snickers forever. What a wonderful friend Snickers had been to everyone- I can tell by all the comments. Our hearts are very sad and I can't stop the tears.
Run free Snickers

Hi M & M. Snickers was one of our very first blogfriends too. We're so distressed about her passing - we all tried so hard to send her a miracle, but it wasn't meant to be. We're going to miss that sweet girl so much.
