Cleaning for the Pawty

Tomorrow is dad's annual Celebration of Life pawty.  Dad and mom have been cleaning, cleaning and more cleaning!

The mallets are almost all done.   These are the only ones that aren't finished.  They will be finished for the pawty.
These are all of the finished ones.   Dad says there are 57 mallets in all.
These are the only ones available. The other ones are all spoken for. There will be around 80 peeps at the pawty so we're pretty sure they will all go.
Our name is on one of them.
It's one of the mallets in the picture below.  Can you guess which one is ours.  Think swirly ice cream cone!
If you guessed the one in the #8 position, you guessed right!  It's not the shape - it's the color of the mallet that we love. It's half chocolate and half vanilla!

Our friend, Joe, was here in the afternoon.  No, he wasn't helping us clean.  He was treating us to a wonderfully soothing concert.
We were totally relaxed!

Thank you so very much, Joe!

Today, we're helping dad make minestrone soup for his pawty!

So until next time............

Love ya lots,
Mitch and Molly

I have a Hannah (ADT) and a Maddie (Welsh terrier). They are pretty cute together. Have a great celebration.
