Flower Friday

We are joining Rosy today for Flower Friday~

Off we go to see what we can find~~
We found Mullein.   This is a first year plant that self-sowed.  These plants don't get their flowers until they are 2 years old.
They have HUGE fuzzy soft leaves!
The Hosta in our front yard is blooming~
And the Chinese Lanterns in our back yard are turning VERY orange~
 Happy Friday, everybuddy!
Love ya lots♥

Oh my. We love those lantern things! On another note, this is our third year with one package of Celosia! Muzzer just forgets about it, and back it comes! She says it is a miracle.

We have Moth Mullein here - it grows as wildflowers. I like the big, fuzzy leaves on your variety!

Molly, you do not look too happy with your Mullein leaf hat. I hope you did not have to wear it for long?

We have a hosta with big white flowers like that too. They smell very sweet. Maybe next year my ghostwriter will remember to plant some Chinese lanterns.
