Off we go to see what we can find.
The Cedar tree is sporting its funny looking cones~
No way! Mom found mushroom with red on it! It's a lousy picture but it's evidence!
And we found purple Wild Asters~
The Sedum is pretty but I don't detect any pretty scent, mom~
We found these tall grasses right next to the stop sign~
Love ya lots♥

You had some interesting finds there! We have been finding a lot of odd mushrooms lately, different types and different colors, we wonder how many different varieties there are!! We have had lots of red ones like that too.

Mushrooms are so interesting. We never see the red ones around here. We love those big pink Sedums, unfortunately the deer love them too and eat off all the blooms.🦌
ReplyDeleteSo THAT'S what pokeweed is - Mom often sees that flower and wondered what it was. We saw lots of sunflowers yesterday just popping up in random places along our walk - those birds must drop them far and wide.
ReplyDeleteWoos - Lightning, Misty, and Timber
What beautiful flowers and mushrooms too!
ReplyDeleteYou found some beautimous fall flowers and mushrooms today, Molly!!

It's been a good year for mushrooms. We had some new ones we've never seen before.
ReplyDeleteWhat great finds on your walk, although I think we would stay away from the mushrooms. Mom has watched too many horror movies about things that puff out of plants!!!!!!!! We love the wild Asters. Hugs, Susie & Treacle xx
