Nature Friday

We are joining Rosy this week for Nature Friday~

 The weather has been absolutely beautiful here.  It's a pleasure to go for longer walks...
 Only - we're not finding much that's new to take pictures of.    The Hibiscus is still in bloom here.
 Our Holly has berries that are slowly turning red~
 We found  pretty leaves.
 We have a yummy apple that's on our tree in the back yard!

    That's one huge apple! Yum! I have been watching the pears grow in my yard. Unfortunately, there are only a few of them this year. But at least the squirrels haven't gotten them!

    We have to buy a male holly so ours can have pretty berries. We only get one or two a year so there must not be a male in the neighborhood.

    Yes, it seems like things are slowing down already. Before we know it, we'll have the pretty foliage instead of new flowers!
