Nature Friday

We are joining Rosy, Jakey and Arty for Nature Friday this week~

Ready to head out, mom?!
 We found Black-eyed Susan's~
 A wicked Thistle~    We sure don't want to tangle with you!
 We found cute Toadflax~
 We found a small happy Sunflower!
 Landlord Bob got a delivery last Sunday evening.   It's a 1925 Model T Roadster Pickup.   This is not his but it looks just like this one.    Who wants to go for a ride with me?
It's electric start and we don't have to crank it to get it started☺

    What pretty flowers your found. And you are right, you don't want to tangle with a thistle! (Gail still has nightmares about the time when I was a puppy and I tried racing around a clump of large and very prickly thistles and got my stretchy lead all caught up in them...)
    Oh and yes, I would LOVE to come for a ride.

    Well, GollyMissMolly, I really think we are going to stop visiting on nature Friday, cause we only get jealous (or is it envious) of all the beauty-ish-ous flowers you get to see and all we ever see 'round here are weeds!!!
