Thankful Thursday

A few days ago, mom heard our furnace sputtering and it was getting worse and she was getting worried so she called Landlord Bob.      It was diagnosed that we have major sludge in our oil tank and it was clogging up the nozzle on the furnace.  The new oil tank will be installed.

We are very thankful to Landlord Bob for acting so quickly on this matter and we are so thankful to the furnace mechanics for keeping our furnace going so we could stay warm.  We are also thankful that the temps have been mild.   It could have been so much worse.
 While we wait for heat, let's get a game of tug going!

    My GW says she remembers the big oil tank in the basement of the house she grew up in. She didn't know people still used oil for heat. Glad you got yours fixed promptly.

    You are so right that it could have been worse. I'm glad your were able to get your heat source fixed without too much inconvenience. Your mom takes such good care of you, Molly! And kiss-lick the landlord next time you see him.

    Thank goodness it got the sputtering before the very cold weather when you will need it most. You got the right idea Molly stay moving to stay warm.

    Furnace trouble is a terrible thing. So glad you got it fixed and didn't have to freeze! You have a nice landlord.
