Molly what a marvelous Nature Friday with the fog...I do love fog..you know it comes in on little cat paws!! We had some critter feasting on our first pumpkins we bought Repel All (safe for animals and humans) but has a very disgusting taste and it has worked. They were also eating our panies. We had a really cold morning with frost on the ground. We ran around the yard but walks will wait till the sun warms us up a bit. We have tons of leaves that fell yesterday when it was so very windy.
I bet it was squirrels who have been chewing on that pumpkin! We have a pumpkin on our front step, but those tree rats haven't discovered it yet. It seem they're not too bright. Oh, and did you figure out how that eggplant got there? Maybe it fell out of a grocery back? It's a mystery!
Great discoveries on a Friday the 13th, Molly. We wonder about that eggplant - maybe it was hoping you would bring it home for Mom to come up with a great recipe:)
Molly what do you make of this sudden influx of vegetables? Is it a bounty for Thanksgiving? Do you like pumpkin and eggplant? Milo does but cooked with butter and hopefully some sugar in the pumpkin
Autumn is still looking quite pretty there, and those were some interesting and different finds on your walk! Our Lab mix Maggie used to like to nibble on pumpkins (Luke prefers his pureed, LOL).

Be careful eating random food on walks, Molly. We had someone in our neighborhood years ago was poisoning dogs and cats that way.
