We are joining the LLB Gang on this Nature Friday.
We have had beautiful spring-like weather this week and mom decided that she just HAD to hit the nursery to see pretty spring flowers~ She saw beautiful orchids in the greenhouse.
But most of what she saw were pansies~Hundreds of beautiful pansies~
And when there are this many pansies in an enclosed spot, the fragrance is wonderful...........only she had on her necessary mask and she couldn't smell a thing :-(
However do you choose just one or two pots to take home?
There are so many beauties!
Happy Friday, everybuddy!
Love ya lots♥
Molly

What beautiful flowers! Our Mom loves pansies. We have some growing in the font bed (if they come up in the next month). Mom says she is going to the plant store next trip to the big city! And Molly, we love the photo of you in front of the daffodils! Have a marvellously happy day!
ReplyDeleteMom hasn't had much luck with her orchids lately:( But she keeps hoping. And yes, pansies are about the only thing the greenhouses have in bloom right now. But soon . . .

Such pretty pansies. We are sure your mom enjoyed the smell of the ones she chose when she brought them home. Even though humans are of course a bit deficient in their abilities to detect scents...
ReplyDeleteToodle pip!
Bertie.
Those pansies are so beautiful. Thanks for taking us along to the nursery.
ReplyDeleteLulu: "Orchids! Dada says I should ask if you saw Nero Wolfe there."
ReplyDeleteCharlee: "That's just a silly question from Dada."
Chaplin: "Yes, everyone knows Nero Wolfe never leaves his house, he has all his orchids up on the rooftop."
I so love pansies - have furever!
ReplyDeleteWhat a kholorful post!

I've just popped in to thank you for the comment on Penny's blog. I want to repeat the reply I posted over there to you: "Thanks, Molly's human. Over the years I've learned a lot from how you have dealt sadness and loss. You are an inspiration."
