We are joining Rosy today for Nature Friday~~
This week, we are heading past the farm going in the opposite direction. A lot of activity happens at the farm and it's a huge property. Our mailbox is across the street from our house and it's actually on the farm's land!Approaching the farm, we discovered a Cane Grass.
The farm house~They sell produce in the grey barn~Heading down the hill, we found a furry Mullein plant~As we continue down the hill and round the corner - remember the pumpkin we discovered last week? This week we found a pumpkin flower!

We love that mailbox, how cute! It must be nice to have a fresh produce place so close to where you live. It looks like a nice place to walk by the farm there.
ReplyDeleteDuke, you and mom saw so much beauty. And all that lovely produce they offer. We like your Fall header. Just want it to not turn cold yet.
ReplyDeleteWow!! So much to see on your fun walk. We love the pumpkin flower and that Woody mailbox is pretty cool!!

An especially charming walk you took us on today ~ thank you!
ReplyDeleteDandy Duke what a fun filled post of lots of eye candy..of course you are the top eye candy but OMDs so much on the farm. The woody mail box is just too cute. Tell Mom she is correct I did make the chair mats ...out of 4 heavy duty plastic table mates. Actually many years ago and the have held up nicely

Lulu: "Duke, that is just the cutest mailbox ever! Our Dada says it reminds him of a Woody Wagon micro-mo toy car he had as a kid, whatever a micro-mo is ..."

What a fun place to walk. How great to have a farm stand so close to home. You could get fresh veggies every day if you wanted to.
ReplyDeleteYour area looks much like around 'here' -
ReplyDeleteSo many nice scenes to see and enjoy!

PeeEssWoo: I seem to be able to get in the tub - but like to stay for Mom to help me out - she puts the bathmat near the me and spots by holding my collar as I go back over!
WOW, lots of pretty farm land in your neck of the woods Dandy Duke!
ReplyDeleteYou and Mom always find such pretty places, Duke. I like the cane grass. I can hardly believe it's September again. You'll be seeing fall colors soon in your neighborhood.
ReplyDeleteIt is cool that you have a farm to explore
ReplyDeleteYou sure have a nice place to walk. Lots to see. I especially like the mailbox. I've seen some different ones, but none quite like this one. :)
ReplyDeleteWhat a delightful place to live and walk!
ReplyDeleteIt is lovely to see the farm near you and that pumpkin looks like it is going to great for Halloween. We love that mailbox. We do not have them here in the UK our mail is pushed through our front doors and we have a letter box. We have a cage on the bage of our front door that the letters drop into as Coco is very naughty with the post and chews it up!!! Hugs & Love, Susie & Coco xx
