We have heavy rain and blustery winds today but not yesterday! Mom and I went for a long walk in a new direction and had tons of fun!
The first sight we came upon was two deer in the fog. We almost didn't see them!Turning the corner, we saw such beautiful autumn colors! We even saw ghosts at 7 am!Farmer Will has been busy!I took a break in front of Miss Kathy's house~And then mom saw a gorgeous burning bush and knew we had to have a picture of that. Such beautiful mums!Mom wanted me to pose with this awesome Halloween display but I didn't like the creepy stuffs going on behind me!We discovered a bird's nest had blown out of the tree where my friend, Carlie lives~Who would have ever guess that we would find an Iris in bloom in October!Back at home, the feral kitty that Landlady Maryann is feeding was in our yard. We guess he's waiting for her to put down food for him. What a SuperFun Sunday walk we had!Love ya lots♥

Those fall leaves are gorgeous and the deer in the fog is a great shot. We never see cats outside around here. Mom doesn't think she has ever even seen a feral cat. Hopefully someone feeds that kitty.
ReplyDeletethe iris is super coll.. it wanted to celebrate halloween with us ;O) ...and we love the ghosts... you are very brave to walk around when they are there...
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely ~ and interesting Mon/Sunday walk. We'll have those winds, hoping not the rain today ... mine Mommy will walk to see her doctor this afternoon, he's far, but she says not too far to walk ... unless she has to go "outta the way" where they are building a new hospital! Then it gets too too long and she'll stop and call an uber-man ... I don't know who he is, but he'd better be nice to her.
ReplyDeleteDuke, just seeing the iris takes my mind off the cold weather. We did have rain here on Sunday and needed it. I don't blame you about the spooky things, bol. And kitty is well looked after it seems.
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful stroll!
ReplyDeleteWe had some winds in the afternoon & evening - and then the rain came -
What a special pic of the deer doggy!

You sure found some beautiful fall colors on your walk, Duke. Your chocolate brown fur goes great with all that red.
ReplyDeleteWhat breathtaking colors you found on your walk, Duke! The iris is a beautiful surprise. It's very nice that Landlady Maryann is helping the feral cat.
ReplyDeleteA beautiful fall walk. Beautiful colors.
ReplyDeleteHave a woof woof day and week. Scritches to Duke. ♥
What a great walk and it is always great to go in a new direction. We don't always walk as far when we go somewhere new with Coco as she is so interested in the new place that she won't move along!!! We love the colours and great to see the Deer. Hugs & Love, Susie & Coco xx
