Nature Friday

We are joining Rosy this week for Nature Friday~~

We were walking along enjoying our beautiful day and the Autumn colors~
We discovered little tiny crab apples~
We rounded the corner and mom began to giggle wondering how I was going to handle the situation.
I barked and barked and backed up quickly~   Is this guy for real?!
My walk wasn't getting any better. Not long ago, we met a German Shepherd that came from this property.   OMD- what happened?!
Moving on, I finally started to enjoy my walk~

Mom did a one eighty and we passed by the creepy guy again.  This time, I was getting more brave~
Maybe next time, we pass by this house, I will go up to him and tug on his robe!

Happy Friday!

Love ya lots♥
Duke

  1. Dude I'm not sure if it would be a good idea to grab a hold of this robe. I think that's a pretty creepy looking wild creature never before seen. But it looked like he might live in that little tiny log cabin that he was beside. Don't we love the Fall colors while the leaves are still on the trees!

  2. It sure does look like fall around your part of the world. None of us have ever cared about the Halloween stuff people put out. Even Henry doesn't seem to be bothered so far. Have a fun weekend!

  6. Java Bean: "Ayyy, that looks like an evil perpetrator for sure! If it were me, I would go up to it and—"
Charlee: "Yes we all know what you would do to it, Bean."

  12. He is creepy, I prefer the funny and silly Halloween to the scary. Your autumn colors are a delight.

  13. Duke, Scully would sympathize. She got all worked up about a life-sized deer (very realistic appearance at first glance) but made of steel that appeared in a neighbourhood garden. She barked and barked. Unable to work it out, for ages she scuttled past that yard without looking sideways.
